Plant-based workouts in the Time of Corona, May 30th

I got a haircut – back at the end of May, and by Marcella – I still think it counts though! Today’s quarantine exercise tidbit is all about foot and ankle health. It pays to take care of your feet, because all you need to do is injure them to know how much you use them every minute of every day! This workout is really beneficial to do daily, but honestly anything is better than nothing, and when it comes to feet they can take a lot so the more the better!
