How Much Protein Is Optimal For Longevity?

I’ve been writing a lot about dietary protein lately! The research I did for my recent articles on it’s dangers and how much you really need to gain muscle got me to thinking about another issue – how much protein is best if our goal is to live a long, healthy life? I looked into this question and discussed my findings in my final article on the subject for Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness (linked below).
