I was thrilled, and now this have motivated and I have been on your site all weekend long. My goal, not only to wear that T-Shirt loud and proud on my social media sites, but also to follow the advice given here and at Vegan Body Building (though I am interested only in beautiful tone :), I’ll leave the muscle to y’all) but again, my goal is now to get small enough to order that shirt Marcella is so beautifully sporting!!! Awesome! Thank you, Lynn, and I hope you’re finding useful info here! I was a size XL once. At that time, 13 years ago, no amount of exercise or calorie restriction seemed to stop my weight gain, so I’m VERY grateful to have been introduced to a plant-based diet: good luck to you!
