One-On-One Training with Max

 

If you’re looking for ongoing guidance or just a kick start along your journey, Max is here to help!

 

An experienced, certified personal trainer, Max is a stellar graduate of our own personal training academy and specializes in meal planning for special diets, fat loss, raw food diets, functional training and athletic performance.

 

Following our nutrition and programming principles, Max can create customized meal plans and workout routines and train via e-mail correspondence or weekly Skype sessions. Financing is available through PayPal! He offers the following packages:

12 Weeks to Meet Your Goal!

Do you have a specific goal you’d like to reach?  Max knows transformations (see his own transformation here)! Similar to our group personal training 12 week challenge format, one-on-one training offers greater customization and personal attention. Weekly 30-minute Skype sessions are optional, but you must commit to submitting regular food journals and check-ins to be successful!

Custom Meal Plan & Workout Program 

After you check out, Max will contact you with a request for details including your personal statistics, goals, schedule, equipment access, dietary restrictions or preferences, and more. A phone consultation at this point is optional, but helpful! Following his receipt of your information, he will send your custom meal plan and routine to you via e-mail at which point you will have 2 weeks of email support to allow for any required adjustments to the plan or initial need for guidance. Ideal for those who can self-motivate but need a little push!

    I had a quick question regarding the custom meal and work out program for $135. Is this just for a month of meal planning and workouts?
