  1. Love the idea of this.
Are there any more intakes planned?

I joined my local gym 3 weeks ago, attending 3 times per week and would love to have a more structured programme in place via a group such as this.

  2. Hi,

I am looking forward to getting started! I signed up but haven’t received an email since other than the document/resource to get started (nutrition).
I keep checking my email and spam but am not finding anything. :/
What information do you need and how do I access the FB gazelle group?

    1. Yes – usually members of either team achieve both to some degree, and the training/eating protocol is the same whether male or female. It’s really a question of what your priorities are: if you are currently obese, for example, you’ll probably want to focus more on fat loss and follow a program that includes more cardio exercise as the Gazelle program does although you will certainly put on muscle as well from the weight-lifting portion of the routine. Or you may be lean already and just prefer to do more cardio and a more athletic routine without a strength-gain focus. In that case, Gazelle would still be your preferred program. If you have minimal fat to lose and have a primary goal of muscle gain and prefer weight-lifting to cardio, then Gorilla may be a better choice.

The short answer is: yes, both options fit the bill!

  3. When will the next session start? I will be attending the woodstock raw food festival in Aug. and won’t return until Aug 26th. I would like to start one of your sessions. I am a 80% vegan, female. I would like to compete in another bodybuilding contest first of the yr. So I need to loose fat and build muscle. So I might have to attend two of your sessions in a row.
