  1. Hi, I have been vegan for almost 4 years now and weight training for around 8 months. I feel like I have hit a plateau and need some help. I’ve been on your site several times and thought that I remembered seeing that Max was in London? I’m really interested in the diet science and would love to sign up for a one on one program. I’m also interested in some personal training. I’m in London which is why I’m curious if Max is there as well? Looking forward to hearing from you. Have a great holiday season!

    1. Hi Eben! I will pass your e-mail address on to Max. He is mostly in Slovakia completing medical school, but goes home to the UK periodically.

  2. Hello! My husband TK and have been reading your book. Also Roberts Cheeke’s shredded. We’ve been working out in the gym for several years and prior to this did different races. Including triathlons and Spartan races. I’ve always had an interest in training for a bodybuilding comp. mostly since turning vegan 3 years ago. After watching our daughter compete in her first bodybuilding competition last Saturday, my husband and I have desided we would BOTH like to train for one next year. We want to get in the absolute BEST shape of our lives..and be a walking bilboard for being vegan and our business! (Which is plant based health coaching and personal training). We’re so busy starting our new business though, we really need the added pressure taken off as you mentioned in your book, of having someone regulate our diet and keep us on track! I think we would prefer to work with a trainer at our gym in person. But we’re wondering what you charge for meal planning and helping us figure out where to start. My husband wants to do physique, and I want to do bikini. I need help figuring out how to meet my macro’s to gain more muscle this winter. My husband TK too..(: I would LOVE to really learn from you guys and go through this process to be able to help others sdo the same. There’s alot of people into bodybuilding at our gym.   5. FINALLY! I have been searching all over for a vegan contest prep coach. I have emailed several people and I never get a response. Anyways, I have competed before (not vegan) and I would like to compete again in the bikini division. Since my last competition I have converted to being a raw vegan and I need a coach to advise me 100% or mostly raw! I am looking to compete sometime in the spring or summer of 2015! Let me know if this is something you would be interested in helping me do!
